The client, James R. Harrison, partnered with me over a period of eleven month - and ongoing - to create a set of flashcards that included a box design, along with a logo to be utilized for project watermarking and his own uses. All character designs started with a sketch for approval, followed by finishing the designs via Procreate. InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop were used to layout the character and text with borders - one plain black border and one border inspired by Kiswahili speaking countries. Designs were exported into PNG and PDF formats.
The flashcards have been promoted on Instagram via @FamilyYouAlright and several other users that have expressed support. A potential buyer has expressed interest in the project with positive feedback.
